I recently did the TACCP and VACCP course, using the online portal. I found the whole experience to be very user friendly and the course videos were laid out nicely to allow for scheduling breaks. I found the quiz to be a decent overview of the course material, but I struggled with a couple of the questions that had more than 1 correct answer. I'm not sure whether that was my interpretation of what was being asked or the phrasing of the question, but I figured them out. Overall, I think the course is very good and I would recommend it to anyone that wants to learn about Food Fraud and Defense.
