Are your courses Nationally Recognised?
We have one Nationally Recognised online course, HACCP Refresher. This is because certain standards require a National Competency for this specific course and not others. All of our courses are written to the highest standards with the included lessons mapped systematically to ensure solid courses. Through this system, we are able to include up to date, industry-relevant case studies and examples.
Can I print my certificate after the course?
Yes, you can print your certificates after all courses other than the Nationally Recognised HACCP Refresher. This is because there is a formal assessment. We will, however, send you a hard copy with your statement of achievement included and can email a soft copy.
Do you offer me support while I am learning?

Who will my trainer be?
Your trainer from the course will either be our CEO Andreas Klieber or Chris Mihalakos, our senior trainer and one of our labelling and auditing experts. You can read more about our trainers on our home page.
Are you an officially registered training organisation?
Yes we are! Our RTO number is 41341

Do I need to complete the course in one go?
No! When you enrol in the course, you will have a log-in to your own portal. This will track your progress in your courses and you can jump in and out as you please. There is no timeframe for when the course needs to be completed.
